Main Street Abbey is the ultimate wedding venue in St. Louis area. Nestled on historic Main Street in the small town of Columbia, IL. We are conveniently located just minutes outside of St. Louis, Mo. Built in 1866, the Abbey has a long and glowing history of serving the community and continues this tradition as a newly renovated event venue. As part of the effort to preserve the original architecture of the Abbey Morris Cathedral, the stained glass , cathedral ceilings, and existing wood workings were handled with white glove service. The Abbey features many venue amenities to complement your event such as outdoor terrace and patio, private bridal suite, private grooms room , parlor, coat room and private parking.

We offer full-service, partial planning, and 90-day coordination to suit couples with all needs, preferences, and budgets.

Brooke specializes in making your wedding day perfect. No job is too big or too small for this professional, as they want to help your milestone go smoothly in whatever way they can.
Your Event Coordinator is responsible for overseeing each step related to our event planning process. This includes meeting with vendors at the venue to help with set-up; collecting supplies, décor and rentals; and working with staff to ensure a successful event. She will be your on-site contact throughout your event to ensure that everything goes according to plan
